Dishonored: The Peeress and the Price is an upcoming two-issues comics series,[1] written by Michael Moreci and illustrated by Andrea Olimpieri and Mattia Iacono, published by Titan Comics in collaboration with Bethesda Softworks. The story is set in Dunwall after the events of Dishonored 2. The story revolves around Emily Kaldwin investigating a series of murders alongside Corvo Attano, while being in conflict with the politician Archibald Wainwright in the wake of Delilah's fall from the throne.

The first issue was released on September 27, 2017[2] and the second one is due to on October 25, 2017.[3] The graphic novel collection is set to be released in digital edition on January 10, 2018[4] and in paperback edition on February 6, 2018.[5]

Synopsis

"Titan Comics' new series, Dishonored: The Peeress and the Price, sees Emily Kaldwin return to Dunwall for an adventure alongside Corvo. Emily comes into conflict with a politician named Archibald Dufrane [sic], and there is a mysterious killer on the loose — but when Emily's powers start to malfunction in the middle of their investigation, things start to get deadly..."

The story take place several months after Delilah's coup. Archibald Wainwright is leading a small party of common people who wants to start a revolution. Aiming to dissolve the monarchy system in Dunwall and replace it with a democratic system. 

Emily attend the gathering and try to win over the crowd. Archibald interrupt Emily during her speech and point out the flaws of the current political system. Emily accuses Archibald of using the people for his own personal agenda. Which Archibald denies, claiming that he is genuine about his cause. 

Captain Laurence interrupt them to inform Emily about another incident. A slaughter happened at one of the rebuild site. Everybody at site was brutally murdered and their bodies were dismembered and mutilated. Corvo and Emily are called to interrogate the sole survival, Officer Charles. 

Charles informs them that they were attacked by people wearing rat masks.

Emily and Corvo start tracking down the Rat Gang. Eventually, they find a member of the gang who confesses that a woman is leading the gang and she’s hitting Dunwall Clocktower tonight. Emily is optimistic about ending the gang tonight. While Corvo expresses his concerns on how easy it was finding them.

Later that evening, Archibald is kidnapped by Luella Price, the woman behind the rat gang. She offers Archibald to help him in his revolution if he helps her to burn Dunwall down. Luella claims that the whole rebuilt idea is unnatural and is against the natural order of the universe. Archibald refuses her offer and Price warns him of the consequences, but affirms that with or without his help, her plan is already in motion.

At the Dunwall Clocktower, Corvo and Emily confront the rat gang. While trying to stop the fleeing gang members. Emily’s power malfunction causing her to fall from the tower. Luckily, Emily managed to regain balance and hold the ledge. Looking up, she sees that the clocktower is packed with some kind of bonecharms and explosive. The explosive goes on and the whole tower burns down while Corvo is still up there.
