Cédric Peyravernay.
Cédric Peyravernay is the character designer for Dishonored. Hailing from Lyon, France, he is responsible for creating a majority of the character concept art, as well as the art found in the game, including the Sokolov Paintings.
Peyravernay is also an anatomy and character designer teacher in a French art college [1].
