Freedom of Speech is an achievement/trophy in Dishonored 2.
How to Acquire
Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin must save Simon, printer of the Dunwall Courier, from being killed by a City Watch guard during the mission A Long Day in Dunwall. The offices of the Dunwall Courier can be found in the main street of the Tower District, in front of Boyle Enterprises. Simon and the guard are on the top floor. Approaching them by the stairs or from the balcony will trigger their dispute, after which the guard will unsheathe his sword. Killing or incapacitating him before he kills Simon will complete the achievement. This also counts as a Special Action for the mission's score.
