Anyway... what are hagpearls and are they as awesome as they sound?????

I don't know how awesome you expect them to be. I haven't seen them in action, but from their description they're for distracting enemies or knocking them unconscious. I suppose it's more tricky to use them for KO than electrical bursts though.

Btw, the Voltaic Shot doesn't have its own dedicated type of ammo. You can use both bolts and bullets for it, and I've seen an upgrade that also makes you use stuff like pens. :D

EDIT: in fact yes I've seen them here: https://youtu.be/E0F-BF-aU18?t=88 (at 1:28)

  • Hey, just wondering what you mean by "official stores"? As far as I can tell, the spelling is "Serkonos" on both the links provided in the reference section. Is there somewhere else you're looking at?

      Loading editor
    • I didn't notice the typo you are referring too. I meant "The" which is absent from the track's title. The stores (Amazon and iTunes) are linked as references in the first paragraphs.

  • I'm really impressed by your additions to Dialogue/A Captain of Industry. You doubled it's content in half a day! What's your secret?

Tomorrow I'll go over your contributions to bring them in line with my style, and fix any possible errors.

    • Isn't that the conversation where they mention some Hatter named Blanchfield? I'm still waiting for Geist to make a page on the guy.

        Loading editor
    • @DrTeatime That's the one. Blanchfield is the white shirt Hatter who stays by the wooden fence.

  • I put it up, with only the basic description and barest of mentions for issue one.

I didn't know how many 'spoilers' you thought were viable, hence the basic structure. I know the comic has been out for a while now, but still, we didn't get a chance to discuss what we should add.

Please let me know what you think, and any additional info you wish to add is fine.

    Thanks.

    • Thanks for starting the page up. I'll move the second to fourth paragraphs into a 'Biography' section and add details from the comics. I may simplify your sentence on her powers, simply saying she gives life to painted effigies. I'll remove the line on the Painting Ritual though as we don't know if she was even aware of it. From Delilah's conversation with Breanna, it seems the former came up with the ritual shortly after taking the throne.

Also, I think the most important spoilers are those about her plan throughout the comics. Her design based on the witches' from the BM DLC gives away her affiliation with the coven.

    • I think I'll re-read first the comics before detailing her plans. /:

  • Hey, sorry about the meh pic, it was taken from a gif.

I did re-add different above pics of the device as I think taking in the perspective that way gives a better sense of the odd device. However, if you are anyone else gets better shots of that perspective, then by all means replace those two wannabe pics I put up. ;)

    • No problem, I'll go get some. Also since they're in .png, I can replace them directly. I keep to .png format now because pics in .jpg from Steam's screenshot tool are sometimes blurry.

Btw you haven't replied me on this: Thread:69382

And since I have your attention, Bethesda apparently showed a new comics series at E3. Still I've seen 0 announcements about it anywhere, nor is there an Amazon page for the first issue yet.

  • You seem to be the guy on the wiki that we turn to when we want stuff taken from the games' files, so I have two requests:

Firstly, we're missing lots of the supernatural ability icons, such as Bonecharm Crafting and Reflexes, as well as the D2 variants of those powers that were in D1, such as Agility and Bend Time. Would you be able to find those and upload them to the wiki? And thinking further, all of the icons for new things like stinging bolts and the D2 versions of old things like stun mines. And the elixirs, that image that appears in the top-left corner of the quick-access wheel? Basically, anything that has an icon that's not on the wiki.

Also, I know you can find bone charms, I was wondering if you could do the same for corruptions? I know you can't really add them until they're confirmed as found in-game, but could you at least give a number or something? I'm planning to spend some time finding them all and it would be a lot easier if I knew how many I was looking for.

If for whatever reason these can't be done, please let me know. Also, please note that none of this is by any means urgent, just whenever you have the time.

    • We do. I JUST had a discussion about this, about it being redundant having them on both pages. The thing is, the positive traits are bone charms of their own that can be used independently from crafted bone charms, so they should be listed on the bone charms page for sure.

The corruptions however are related exclusively to crafting and should be listed on the crafting page, but listing only the negative traits and not the positive ones would be kinda weird, too, and in context I would not consider it redundant to list the positive traits on both the bone charms page and the crafting page, since they are charms of their own, but DO play a role in crafting too.

However we decide to solve this in the end, we should list the postive and negative effects together, not three headers apart from each other.

      Thoughts?

Edit: The "We do" was towards if we have the the traits listed on the bone charms page, just to be clear.

  • Thanks for fixing that thing. I would have sworn that I had checked it, but I must have been confusing it with the first time, when I know I checked because I had to start it again because it did do the thing. Anyway, it should be fixed in a few days...

  • Hey, since the bone charms you added are now having effects to other pages, I would really like to reconsider having them added to the main bone charm page the way they were.

Is there some way we could perhaps create a list of the bone charms whose names you discovered (such as like on a blog or something) and then as people locate or find them have them corroborated before we add these new ones to the Bone Charms page?

I don't doubt they may exist, but having this many undiscovered up until now just seems a bit odd. I mean, as a wiki, we're pretty thorough with what we add, and I think, especially with how they are now being added in trivia and other spots to other pages, they should be confirmed as existing in-game before just being added en masse.
