Shortly after the conclusion of the Sons of the Wrenhaven case the Runners get reports of a series of strange deaths, all of them linked by a charm found on the victim. Though both the Overseers and the Grand Guard from Serkonos are interested in the case and persue their own investigations, though the smugglers from the first case are behind how the charms are in Dunwall.
This would also be where the Runners get properly introduced to Lilika, thinking that she might approach Agnew since he carries the Outsider's mark.
